What is the OINP Program?

OINP is the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program to recruit highly skilled applicants (NOC 0, A or B).

The OINP is suitable for applicants who do not have enough points to compete through Express Entry, because of a few factors that the applicant did not achieve the maximum score (age, English proficiency, academic qualifications) but still be considered. if there is a supporting employer with a Job Offer Letter (Employer Job Offer).

Purpose of the program

The Ontario immigration program is built on the cooperation of the Government and this provincial government with the aim of attracting skilled workers to settle down in many different occupations, some prominent occupations include:

Hospitality: restaurant managers, hotels, chefs, etc.

IT industry: Software Developer, Web Developer, Computer Network Technician, etc.

Conditions to participate in the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)

Applicants to the OINP need to meet the following conditions:
  • Education
    Graduated from College (2 – 3 years) or University.
  • Foreign language
    IELTS General minimum 5.0.
  • Experience
    Minimum 2 years of work experience in the last 5 years (this job must be in the same industry as the job being recruited in Canada).
  • Have a job offer from an employer
    Have a job offer from an employer in the Province of Ontario according to the program’s criteria.
  • Financial capacity
    Sufficient to cover living expenses for the first year when the family moves to Canada.
  • Personal records
    Good health and No criminal record

PROFILE REVIEW

After receiving the Applicant’s CV to join the Ontario Immigration Nominee program, Le Immigration Group’s CICC Licensed Immigration Practitioner will conduct an assessment of the application.

The applicant receives a job offer through Le Immigration.

APPLICATION PREPARATION

Applicants prepare all the necessary documents  for the OINP program.

GET PROVINCIAL LETTER OF SUPPORT

The applicant submits an application for a work permit to the provincial government, and receives a Work Permit Support Letter, and a Nomination Certificate.

Submit your PR application to the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), and receive PR.
